About Returns
Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and be properly packaged.

The product must have been handled with care and show no damage caused by misuse.

For products involving hygiene considerations, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

If the product was received defective, this must be verified.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within that timeframe.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
