About Shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

• Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient.

• Failure to respond to re-delivery attempts by the courier service when offered.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Please Note:

In some cases, carriers may offer an option for reshipment. If reshipment is declined or not requested within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout and promptly addressing any delivery-related notices from the carrier.
